Hey guys, sorry for the infrequent posts this week. I’ve been sick with the flu but am recovering quickly! =)

A few years ago I was Fashion Editor for Oziran Magazine, Australia. The editor of the magazine and I decided to do our fashion page on the gorgeous twin clothing designers, Brooke & Lauren Inches – their clothing label, Silicone Saturdays.

These shoes have a story…

A few years I was envisioning red heels that I wanted. I was imagining, patent, alligator, open toe, bright red heels.

I’ve always believed that if you really want something and imagine it in detail, the universe conspires to bringing it to you somehow. And that’s exactly what happened.

I wasn’t even looking, and there they were while I was window shopping. Even better than what I imagined! So… of course, I had to buy them! And here they are… exuding their presence on my blog.

New Camera

Hi beautiful people! I have been REALLY enjoying my new SLR camera! In case you wanted to know the exact model, it’s a Canon EOS 450D.

These photos are ALL from yesterday, the first day of using my camera. That’s how excited I was. I’m so amazed at the outcome as I mentioned to you on my ‘video blog thingy’.

Taking photos has always been my passion and I finally achieved my goal in buying a SLR. Something I’ve wanted to purchase for a very long time. My plan is to do a beginners course at community college, and then do a certificate 4 at TAFE.

When I want to take my mind off things and explore another world, I bring pencil to paper.

Expression has everything to do with mood. And today I was in the mood to do some sketches of two faces which emphasized exactly how I was feeling today.

As you can see, I am definitely an amateur. However, I like that about my sketches. Cause they’re not identical to what is. And that’s life isn’t it? Being YOU. Being different. Exploring. Defining. Forming identity.

Which is why I love STYLE.

Had a great weekend! Went for dinner at a Brazillian restaurant on Friday night. The dinner was extremely yummy. Saturday night was spent with my sexy man and today (Sunday) went shopping with my mama and purchased heaps of gorgeous items! Can’t wait to show you all!!!
