Love the eye color on you and it definitely suits you! I think a lot depends on the skin color as well... if you had been very very pale it probably wouldn't have worked as well.

So flawless! You should def. wear the blue eyeshadow more often! I personally love wearing dark blue shadow and sometimes wear blue eyeliner on the bottom. You should try blue liner too!
