The best way to 'apply' Amethyst is to sleep with it under your pillow as it correlates to the crown chakra. Or you could wear a tiara!!
It's why Amethysts feature heavily on royal crowns. Not just because purple is a the colour of royalty (and this is only because purple is the colour of spirituality and higher learning and traditionally royalty was thought of as all that!!)
…look at all these shades of purple you choose (last post too!), all that wonderful grounding focused energy of red and blue.
PLUS goldstone also relates to the crown chakra. Even though it is actually a manmade stone, it has a wonderful 'natural' energy resonance, builds courage and confidence. Did you choose it for that purpose or it 'called' to you?

I have been interested in crystals since I was about 10 my mother is a holistic healer) that's 30 years of interest and knowledge!! What's the point of having that if you can't share it?
