hot roller hair
that’s just how i roll. haha na, honestly. hot rollers are great – but only when you need a
quick do for a special occasion. 1. because the glamourous curls will only last for that
occasion. they don’t last till the next day (which is what i prefer) & reason 2. because they’re
hot – and i prefer to keep my hair healthy, not dry. experimenting still with heatless rollers.
so far, the foam clip ins seem most promising. but i’ll keep you all updated

good moooooorning! beautiful weather today in Sydney city!!! checked the weather app
on my iPhone this morning & it did say it would be 23 degrees today. so, i ditched the
stockings, threw on my LBD & matched it with white&grey.

my red angora wool cardi keeps me so warm and yesterday in Sydney’s cold weather i
really needed it. also wearing Bardot jeans & my new beloved Dolce Vita’s. yesterday
watched foxtel @ Georges and went to his sisters place. her kids are too cute.

ma hot rollerz
these are the new hot rollers i bought from Myer last week! they were on special – around $60.
i freshly washed and blow dried my hair and popped these in this evening and just took them
out and OH MY GOSH, my curls are BIG and BEAUTIFUL. Hooray! here’s a twitpic.

National Art School postgraduate exhibition George took me to yesterday.
later on we went to his house and he pampered me with candles and a 1 hour
body massage using baby oil. it was AMAZING. it’s the thoughtful things that
that don’t really cost any money that make a relationship fun and meaningful.
i feel so lucky to have found someone who really loves and cares for me and
makes a huge effort. everyone deserves that. hope you all enjoy the
rest of your weekend! XXX

hair experimenting
blowdried my hair yesterday and put the hot rollers in. i let them cool down a little
before putting them in and i think that’s where i made the mistake. my hair turned
out nice, but i wanted big curls. practice makes perfect. meanwhile i’m investigating
steam rollers, or bigger foam rollers than the ones i have to leave in overnight.
today went apartment hunting with George. nothing spectactular yet. i’m really
trying to be patient and stay positive. please send me positive energy and happy
vibes. i really, really, really want to find something nice.
