A few weeks ago I had one of the hardest workouts EVER!

It gave me a reality check, and now I’ve decided to keep up my pilates classes and add a new addition to my fitness routine – daily treadmill sessions!

The workout session was a chance for us girlies to get some education on why the NIKE FREE shoes are so amazingly awesome, and try them out. We got to feel how comfortable and flexible they are. I now wear them on my long walks on Saturday mornings after my Pilates class.

The pink pair above (NIKE FREE Run +3) are perfect for running/walking, and the blue ones (NIKE FREE Fit 2) are for workout sessions at the gym

DIY Designer Soles

Love my new DIY red designer soles! They could pass for Louboutins right?

Check out how I did it…

You can purchase a DIY pack for $14.99 here.

Instructions below:

1. Clean soles with cleansing wipe provided

2. Peel designer stripe from backing paper & apply to shoe sole.

3. Using safety knife provided, trim away excess stripe.

4. Apply excess strip to heel of shoe if desired.
