Training outdoors!


Training outdoors, and the only way to keep warm is to keep moving in this freezing weather! ❄🌞 my session consisted of #boxing, short jog and #skipping outdoors, then chin ups and stability ball butt lifts with a weight rested on my hips, indoors. 💪 Not much rest in between, I was SO exhausted, but felt great afterwards. Big thanks to my awesome trainer @cdimarco7 as always xo
