The decor was magnificent. This is at my FAVOURITE beach in Mykonos – Ornos! In Greece, the area closest to the beach where you sit under an umbrella, is connected with a restaurant, as you can see in my photos, I’m sitting at the restaurant that also services the umbrella area. They usually have young waiters and waitresses walking around, ready to take orders. Cheese and tomato toasted sandwiches are very popular, club sandwiches, french fries, soft drink and alchohol are also available. They’re usually playing beach house music. It’s a buzzing atmosphere.
I ate lamb off the spit here at Portes Tavern and it was AHMAZING. It was accompanied with chips and greek salad.
Mykonos isn’t just a party island. It is so much more. During the day, walking through the town, there is such an awesome atmosphere. So many cute shops, gorgeous cobblestone streets, painted snow white with different coloured window frames and doors, it’s magical. You can ride to different parts of the island, and you’ll see something different. There’s definitely something about Mykonos!
