Training outdoors, and the only way to keep warm is to keep moving in this freezing weather! ❄🌞 my session consisted of #boxing, short jog, and #skipping outdoors, then chin-ups and stability ball butt lifts with a weight rested on my hips, indoors. 💪 Not much rest in between, I was SO exhausted but felt great afterward.
