  1. Hi Joelyne, I really enjoyed your video! I totally agree… for me, being sick with even a small cold is the worst because I can’t exercise and therefore be myself… but finding other ways to relax like reading a book, blogging or savouring a cup of tea really helps me to get back on track too.
